The General Assembly is a unique opportunity for all members of the World Water Council, including Green Cross International, to directly influence the management and future orientation of their institution by discussing and voting on the internal policies and program. It is also on this occasion that the members of the Board of Governors are elected for a term of three years, the By-laws and the triennal budget is ratified, and the workplan for the next three years is adopted.
