G8 must act on Climate Change: The World Can’t Wait

Green Cross International calls on the leaders of the G8 nations to gathering this week in Heiligendamm, Germany, to meet their responsibilities on climate change. No issue is more important to global efforts to enhance security, poverty eradication and sustainable development. There is no time for delays and procrastination: 2007 must mark a watershed from empty words to urgent action to combat this truly planetary threat.
