City of Geneva unveils Green Cross photo exhibit

Starting today in Geneva, a major photographic exhibit dedicated to Green Cross, that is charting the challenges and solutions facing the world, is being unveiled along the Swiss city’s landmark lakeside promenade.

The exhibit along the Quai Wilson foreshore-strip in Geneva will last until the end of July 2013 and is a key part of this year’s 20th anniversary activities of Green Cross in Geneva.

Photographers from around the world have contributed in-kind their images so to be part of this stunning exhibit, which presents the threats facing humanity from issues like climate change, unsustainable development and insecurity, plus the measures that can be – and in some cases are being – taken to respond and lay the ground work for a safe, secure future for all.
