Green Cross International's Paul Walker, winner of the 2013 Right Livelihood Award, will speak as part of an esteemed panel, including Ahmet Üzümcü, Director-General of the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize winning Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, and Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt.

The event is not open to the public, but can be be watched online at the Swedish Parliament's website from 2.45pm-4.30pm Central European Time.
