Green Cross flags in Geneva mark lead up to COP22

Green Cross flags are flying high on the Mont Blanc bridge in Geneva, Switzerland. With just a few days to go until the start of COP22 in Marrakesh, Morocco, these serve to raise awareness in Geneva that, following last year’s Paris Agreement, governments, the private sector and civil society must work in partnership to turn commitments into concrete action. With this challenge in mind, the government of Morocco has chosen “Action, Innovation and Sharing” as its motto for the Marrakesh COP.

Green Cross thanks the City of Geneva for providing this display space.
