Dominika Kulczyk is the Founder and Chair of Kulczyk Foundation, an organization that supports infrastructure projects and social investmnets both in Poland and in developing countries – helping NGOs who help others effectively. Dominika Kulczyk and Kulczyk Foundation promotes the idea of helping people in need through transparent and efficient development projects in Poland and abroad, as well as actively encouraging voluntary work. She is the creator, producer and host of the “Domino Effect”, a TVN programme that focuses on the fulfilment of these objectives.

She is the member of the Supervisory Board at Kulczyk Investments, where she coordinates the activities carried out in the field of corporate social responsibility and international relations, and the Founder and President of the Polish branch of Green Cross International – the third largest global environmental NGO, established in 1993 by Mikhail Gorbachev. Dominika Kulczyk is also the Chair of the Management Board of the Polish-Chinese Business Council, Vice-President of the Polish Olympic Committee and the co-founder of Values, a group of consulting companies. She is part of the Programme Council of the Global Compact Network Poland, a UN initiative for corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, and the Crans-Montana Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow international organisation. She is an ambassador of SOS Children’s Villages in Poland, a non-governmental charity organisation helping orphaned and abandoned children, and giving them homes, all around the world.

Dominika Kulczyk is a Sinology graduate from the Department of Oriental Studies and Political Science graduate from the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has also pursued further studies from institutions around the world: the University of Shanghai, Peking University, Rockefeller Foundation and Bertelsmann Foundation, where she studied strategic philanthropy.
