GREEN CROSS AND GIORGIO ARMAMI ACQUA FOR LIFE CHALLENGE 2012: RESULTS

Green Cross International and Giorgio Armani have, through the Acqua for Life Challenge 2012, made it possible for people in 18 communities in Ghana and Bolivia to receive access to safe, sustainable supplies of drinking water.

The equivalent of 52 million litres of water was collected during the challenge, demonstrating that partnerships between the private sector and civil society can play a major role in raising awareness and in engaging the public in the search for solutions to the global water crisis.
