Experience: 33 years

Holder of a DEA in economics and international finance form the University of Paris IX Dauphine (1981), he began his career with Société Générale and later joined Banque de l’Union Européene. He created FP Consult which became part of Fortis Investment Management in 1997 and was named Chairman of the Board of Fortis Investment Management France.

In 1999, he joined Multifonds, which later became UFG IM, as Chairman of the Board and later Alteram (2001) and Nord Europe Private Equity (2004).

In 2006, Xavier LEPINE was named Chairman of the Board of Groupe UFG. In 2009, he furthered the development of the group and announced, in the spring, a merger with LFP AM giving way to UFG-LFP, which became La Française in 2011.

Xavier Lépine is a member of the Scientific Committee of EDHEC, a Member of the Board of the IEIF, an independent research center fostering discussion and exchange among real estate investment professionals and a member of several think tanks such as Fondation Palladio (for the development of cities), ADN (Agence du Don en Nature) etc.
